A play on the names of the Silver and Gold remakes- HeartGold with Ho-Oh and SoulSilver with Lugia.

You can read this paring however you like, romantic, opposites attract type love birds or or platonic immortal phoenixes that keep each other company over the long years.

For the Valentine contest on Poke-fanclub, finished on 2/20/15. Ho-Oh falls under the red color category and Lugia under white. I had originally assumed the painting should be limited pallet which is why the birds are more limited in color. But I like them that way so I left them mostly as is.
